Document the product you need to transfer
Collect the current technical pack, approved measurements, material details, artwork, trims, packing instructions, and a retained physical sample. Check which files you own or have permission to use. A catalogue photograph does not provide enough information to reproduce an established product reliably.
Separate exact matches from acceptable changes
Identify the features that must remain consistent and the details you are willing to review. Materials, components, colours, and construction may need fresh evaluation with a new manufacturer. Ask for proposed substitutions to be recorded. Do not assume that a similar fabric name means the same hand feel, stretch, or appearance.
Compare the full transfer cost
Consider development, samples, component sourcing, minimum quantities, unit prices, packing, transport, and import arrangements. A supplier change should be evaluated using a complete specification and comparable responsibilities. Avoid making the decision on a universal country-level cost claim; the actual product and commercial terms matter.
Validate before scaling
Develop and assess a sample, then agree on the production reference and inspection requirements. Consider how your existing inventory and launch calendar will handle the transition. Keep both the transfer specification and the approval history. Karimanwears can discuss the feasibility of your product; provide the details before relying on an assumed match or schedule.
