Designing and development
The designing room is where references become clearer instructions. A product brief should identify shape, materials, colour, branding positions, measurements, and finishing. Discuss whether an existing construction can be adapted or a new pattern is needed. The clearer the brief, the easier it is to evaluate a sample against the design you intended.
Pattern making and cutting
Patterns connect an approved design to the individual panels that are assembled into a garment or product. Measurements, allowances, panel direction, and size grading all influence the result. Cutting should follow the approved pattern and material plan. Our factory photographs include the pattern-making and cutting departments; ask how these stages apply to your selected item.
Printing and stitching
Our factory imagery includes sublimation, heat-press work, and stitching areas. Decoration and assembly need to be planned together: print positions can cross seams, stretch can change the appearance of artwork, and a logo may need a different placement on different sizes. Specify these decisions before production, then check the sample as a complete product rather than separate pieces.
Inspection and packing
The product specification remains important after sewing. Dimensions, artwork, trims, finishing, labels, and order quantities need to be compared with the approved reference. Packaging should protect the product and make receiving the shipment straightforward. Tell us if you need individual labels, size identification, cartons separated by style, or another packing sequence.
Ask specific factory questions
When reviewing a manufacturer, ask about the steps relevant to your product rather than relying only on a general factory photograph. Discuss sampling, the materials being proposed, any specialist operations, inspection arrangements, and the records retained for repeat production. Use our contact form to request a project discussion or ask about arranging a factory visit.
