Thirteen categories, different technical needs

The Kariman catalogue includes paintball gear, gloves, weightlifting gear, apparel, sportswear, fitness wear, jackets, martial arts wear, Polynesian clothing, patches, leather products, safety wear, and other custom items. These categories should not be treated as technically identical. Share your intended application so materials, reinforcements, closures, and decoration can be discussed in the right context.

Development and assembly

Our development process covers project planning, material sourcing, pattern making, sample making, revisions, and production. Factory photographs show cutting and stitching areas. For a new item, ask which construction route is proposed, what a sample will demonstrate, and which details need final decisions. Do not assume that a photograph of a machine establishes suitability for every product.

Decoration and identity

The factory imagery includes sublimation and heat-press work, while our service range includes custom labels, tags, and packaging. Artwork should be assessed against the chosen material, product shape, and intended finish. Ask about available decoration methods for your specific item and agree on colour references, placement, dimensions, and sample approval.

Specialist requirements

Performance claims, protective functions, regulated labels, and competition rules need their own evidence and specification. Explain any applicable requirement before a quotation is prepared. Ask which documents, testing, or specialist components are needed and who is responsible for arranging them. A general product category is not a substitute for product-level compliance.

Get a capability discussion for your design

Send the product you want to manufacture, technical drawings or references, approximate quantities, materials, and destination. We can discuss feasibility and what information is needed to progress. Our team can discuss the relevant production requirements, development scope, and scheduling for your specification.
