What a factory conversation should cover

A useful supplier conversation goes beyond a catalogue image and a price. Ask how the product will be developed, what measurements production will follow, how decoration is applied, and what the sample needs to prove. Direct manufacturing communication helps you explain details that might otherwise be reduced to a short description in a purchase order.

Verify the relationship with evidence

Review the company identity, manufacturing address, relevant factory photographs, documentation, and sample process together. No single certificate or photograph answers every question. Match the documents and capabilities to the product being ordered. Ask for clarification if a manufacturing claim is broad or if an important operation has not been discussed.

Keep design and commercial records aligned

The product specification and commercial agreement should describe the same order. A price for one material, quantity, or logo method does not automatically apply when those details change. Confirm the latest specification and quantity breakdown before approval. Store artwork, sample notes, and quotation revisions in one project record so everyone works from current information.

Compare complete offers

When comparing manufacturers, look at sample costs, material descriptions, artwork preparation, packaging, inspection, shipping assumptions, and payment terms as well as unit price. A lower headline price can represent a different product or a different set of responsibilities. Ask each supplier to identify what is included rather than trying to infer it from a number.

Start a direct manufacturing enquiry

Tell Karimanwears what you want to make and what matters most: fit, durability, appearance, price, or a specific launch schedule. Share references and a quantity estimate. We will discuss the information needed for a product-specific quotation. Use the form below to contact our manufacturing team by email.
